Paramount Construction Logo and Website

I freelance for House of Hancock, an advertising company in Las Vegas, every so often. A few months ago, I worked on this logo for Paramount Construction. I also designed their website. Designing for the web is fun- but I'm not a web lady. It's nice to interact with the completed site- without the HTML headaches!

I got the Wedding Mini Kit!

Project Life has been is stores for about a month. I have been so busy with work and moving back to Las Vegas. I went to Hobby Lobby, but the kit was sold out. Good thing my dear friend, Kaycee found it and even delivered it to my house. She is a gem! She and I will be having some project life parties this summer, for sure!

I totally forgot that our picture was going to be on the inside of the box! How crazy is that? My husband is totally embarrassed... hopefully no one looks too closely!

And it gets better! My signature is on the box. It is unreal to me. It really is. I usually just print my name... and call it a signature. I fancied it up a bit, and I'm glad I did!

Hopefully one day it will hit me. Today, it doesn't seem real.

High School Graduation Announcement

School is almost out! Hooray for summer vacation! Wouldn't it be great if we had summer break from our jobs? Congrats to this cute and talented girl for graduating high school!

Terry Porter - Campaign Design

Terry Porter owns a Best Western in Cedar City, Utah. Without going into lots of detail, they have a position in the company that you actually campaign for! I had some classes in college with Terry's Daughter-in-law. So that is how we met and I got on board with this campaign. I helped create this logo, which incorporates the states that make up 'District 1.'

I'm grateful that Terry understands the importance of good design. He is off to his first meeting this week... and he is taking lots of Mr. Goodbars with him! Which I also helped with. We recreated the wrapper to read, "Mr. Goodchoice." There's lots of clever facts about him on the nutrition label and such. They turned out great. Too bad voting isn't until October, but I will keep you posted. And I'll probably have more to share with you in the meantime.
